When I crave comfort food, I usually crave Asian food.  A good bowl of Pho or a Thai curry is exactly what I want.  On Monday, after my first full day of school and a serious lack of sleep the night before, all I wanted was something warm and comforting.  With a quick Google search I found Mian Fan close to where I live.

I think it could be best described as Asian Fusion.  The food was good, inexpensive, and exactly what I was craving.  I had this Vietnamese-inspired noodle dish with beef, vermicelli noodles, lettuce, shredded carrots and crispy imperial rolls.  It really hit the spot.  A pot of tea was all I needed to feel revived and ready to start all over on Tuesday.  I can’t wait to go back.  What is your favorite comfort food?
